I can’t say enough good things about The Joint Chiropractic in Troy. There’s one front desk lady in particular who deserves a real shoutout — she’s genuinely kind, patient, and just makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. Today she helped me straighten out something with my membership, and even though the confusion was on my end, she handled it with grace and zero judgment. Today was my first appointment and expectations was exceeded! You were greeted by the friendliest receptionist I’ve ever met, and the doctor I had the appointment with (Dr. Dunne) was amazing! Was able to set realistic expectations for the foreseeable future pertaining to office visits AND everything outside of the office. Looking forward to future appointments!!

Dr Ali is amazing!!! I went in for my 1st session in the Troy location & after he was able to adjust my full body after the 1st session I became a member immediately & I’m excited about seeing him each week.
