Jessy is an absolute gem of a human being and is beyond talented. After being let down by many of the "popular" salons in Birmingham, I luckily came across Spark and decided to give it a try. Jessy creates a warm environment, is detail oriented, and makes the experience enjoyable. I actually look forward to my appointments knowing I am in such good hands and that I can expect fun conversation. My brows and lashes have never looked better!
