If you're forced to place a loved one in a facility (in my case Regency at Troy-STAY AWAY) the most amazing thing you can do is to hire Residential. Our main nurse, an angel walking amongst us, Jessica, was an absolutely crucial support, advocate and friend to both those of us attempting to navigate the horrible life at Regency and to our dear friend who had to live it 24/7. We fought beside these people for our friends care, and I know they were in it to win it beside us. The pure care Jessica showed my friend taught me so much and it helped me get through it all.

My wife received hospice care for a short period of time. In that time she received excellent care from the RNs. Erin who assessed her condition and needs, Sara her home nursing case manager and Euland who was there at the time of her passing. They were dedicated professionals, compassionate and caring. Never having experienced what hospice care entailed, they delivered far more than I expected. If asked I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
We recently went through Residential Hospice Home Care for my stepdad. While sadly he only lived one week after entering hospice care, the week was made very comfortable for him and the nurses and aids were kind and loving toward my stepdad, as well as to my mom who was his loyal caregiver. Medication, supplies and equipment were delivered promptly. When we needed extra care for my stepdad, they were excellent at coming out day or night. I would highly recommend them and commend them for their compassion.
