Everyone has always been so nice when I talk to them, they are prompt and always come out for a work order if there’s an issue with our pool! They have been servicing our property for years before we purchased the home, and the previous owner had nothing but nice things to say as well
I called three other pool service companies prior to contacting Professional Pool Care. Two were not accepting new customers and one was supposed to check on parts availability and call me back (never did). Dennis came out the day after I called and diagnosed and fixed the equipment problems right away. I also needed to replace a light fixture. They did not have one with them, but returned the next day with a new fixture. Could not be happier with their service.
