My dog is very anxious and used to come home from her old groomer very scared and sad looking. After I switched to Platinum Pet Spa she always comes home happy and with the most perfect cut! Nina always listens to my requests and is super efficient and affordable. The spa location is always super clean and cute. She also has larger pens for when they are finished as opposed to the old groomer who had small crates which I think made her more anxious. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend!
Nina is a wonderful groomer. She's very patient with my often-crabby Westie terrier. Jazzy comes home smelling like roses with a cut fit for the princess she believes she is. (Be warned there are some resident cats in the reception area, but they are super mellow and know enough to stay up & away from your dog's snout.)
I highly recommend Nina. We have a beautiful disabled amputee Golden Retriever. Nina is so kind and gentle with her and always does a great job. She is the only one we will trust with our baby. Thank you for all that you do Nina!
