Moiin Ali MD is a skilled diagnostician with a passion for his work. He is known for his logical approach to solving complex medical issues and has a kind demeanor. His nursing staff is also praised for their excellence. However, the clinic has some areas for improvement, including the lack of electronic records, which can lead to prescription confusions and difficulties in tracking patient history. The front office staff can come across as cold and unfriendly, and the clinic's cleanliness has been questioned by some patients. While the doctor is great at surgeries and has a friendly bedside manner, some patients have concerns about his attention to detail and the clinic's overall atmosphere.
Dr. Moiin and his medical assistant were Great. Unfortunately the front office staff are awful, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable. Lots of attitudes and “he has 100 patient’s today” I never asked nor was my question relevant to how busy he was. They won’t even pass along my message to the Dr/MA. I’m going to find another Dermatologist because I cant deal with that.
Pros:Dr. Moiin is a good diagnostician; given a problem he has fine sense of logic to get to the bottom of it. He loves his job; so you will find him passionate about the stuff he is doing.Cons:1. No electronic records: The clinic does not have any electronic patient record. So the Dr would not know the treatment he gave in the last session. You will have to clearly remember the last session and bring him upto speed. He does not write down details in his records.2. Prescription confusions: The prescriptions are hand written (as they do not have electronic records capability). Dr Moiin's hand writing is not good. No disrespect, but the doc will probably want to retire soon because he doesn't see details very well which is worrying bc sight is important for this job. Great at surgeries and the doctor and assistants are very friendly, but the doctor is also a money grabber in the end. Receptionists are always cold to you so beware. Also not the cleanest place, but I personally haven't encountered roaches like the people said so that's good. It's a place that usually gets what you need done, so I can't really complain because it's the closest dermatologist taking my insurance. Some improvements should be made.
