I highly recommend Michael Halker! Michael made the mortgage process as easy as possible for me. He went out of his way to drive and pick up documents necessary for the mortgage process when I was unable because of work. I won't lie, obtaining a mortgage is stressful in and of itself but Michael was patient with me and walked me thru every little detail. He got me the best rate he could and got me discounts and rebates. On my closing day, he surprised me with a homemade cheesecake. He literally helped me move. This was our first time buying a house. Mike was absolutely wonderful! We really had no idea what the purchasing or loan process included. We had so many questions and Mike was very patient with us, answering our questions with clarity and in terms we could understand. He was kind and found the best loan for us, and discounts. When we called or texted him, he responded very quickly, even if it was late in the evening or on weekends. We highly recommend him to everyone looking to have a smooth loan process! Thank you Mike!

So, Mike here is truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was considerate, kind, available, and welcoming. I just recent bought my very first house ever! Exciting stuff! Him and my realtor were a phenomenal team. If you are trying to purchase a home, I would make Mike your first choice.
