Jim has a hands off approach to give quote which I liked. For a 2000sq foot home he quoted me 13000 which was less than other 2 companies I called. At the end it ended up 14200$ because needed to change 20 boards. But overall good service and no push selling.
I had a fantastic experience with Jim at McLean roofing. He was extremely friendly, professional and kept all of his promises. The price was very reasonable and the job was done when promised. He always answered my calls and additionally, he would surprise me with updates that weren’t really even necessary. I almost used another company that was slightly cheaper butJim did roofs on 2 homes for a relative so I decided to go with the “known” quantity. Glad I did. I was away at work when they did the job but 2 of my neighbors that were home were very impressed with the crew and one of them will probably hire McLean for their roof. The owner, Jim, came out to check out a possible roof leak. When I called, I spoke to a very nice woman that took my info. Shortly after, Jim called and said he’ll be out the next day to check out the situation. He came out and gave his thoughts, and was very honest. There was absolutely no forced sales pitch or pressure from him. I will be calling them for every roofing and siding need that I have going forward, and will be recommending them to anyone whenever I get the opportunity. They seem to be the good, honest type of business we all hope to experience. Thank you, Jim!
