I made my appointment for a facial and I filled out the forms online and submitted them 5 days prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, Hannah told me that I would have to fill out the forms again by hand because they didn't have access to the forms on the computer. I had filled them out ahead of time, so that I wouldn't have to sit there and fill out 4 forms. No apologies were given. I ended up walking out of there in total disgust! What was supposed to be a treat turned into a punishment, and what was supposed to be relaxing turned into a stressful event! I will never go back there. Oh, and by the way, while you are filling out the 4 forms for the second time, you are using up your appointment time for your paid service!

STAY AWAY!!! SIMPLE as others have said in the reviews you show up and get told you can't the massage because they didn't book you! Even with the confirmation number in hand from them! Staff is extremely rude AND THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY CALLED AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED

If I could give this place a -5 star review I would!

To start off this experience, the masseuse tried to tell me that I booked an appointment for 2:30 PM when she told me her availability was at one. So for 10 minutes we were arguing about when is my appointment and I had to keep reminding her that she told me the availability.

To make it even worse, she is in the middle of the massage and then stops to give me unwanted dietary advice, and then to make rude comments about my body. Then she proceeds to just squeeze my arm and legs together with me least amount of oil humanly possible to do, any type of massaging. Honestly, speaking, I wish I’d never paid...read full review
