Recently visited and this was my first massage. Great experience! My massage therapist (Katrina) was awesome!! She listened to my needs and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Also the front desk receptionist (Shamere) had great customer service! I look forward to my next visit.
My spouse and I received a couples massage as a gift for Christmas. All of the staff were so very polite and professional! It was my first time getting a massage. Unfortunately, I do not remember my masseuses, name but she was so sweet! She communicated with me about my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable. We both left feeling amazing and very relaxed! Will definitely be back again soon!
I didn't care for the massage therapist that I was assigned to. He kept asking concerning questions that worried me but wouldn't give me the reasons why he was asking. He even made comments that made me feel very uncomfortable. Over all, it wasn't really a good experience and I would never get a massage from him again. I had no choice of therapist at the time because he was the only one available.
