I had such a great experience with Thang at Mai Tai Hair Salon! He has trained internationally, including in Paris, and it really shows in his technique and attention to detail. I honestly thought I’d have to drive to Novi, Canada, or even Asia to find this level of skill and precision.

I had my hair colored, washed, and cut, and I felt completely comfortable trusting him with both the length and the style I wanted. He listened carefully, paid attention to every detail, and delivered exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands hair and takes pride in their craft, I highly recommend Thang!

My young daughter and I have been going to Mai Tai for 3 years, my mom and my mom’s friend also go here as well. He understands different hair textures really well, for example I have fine wavy/curly hair and my daughter has thick straight hair. His pricing is very reasonable and we have never been disappointed with our haircuts. Thanh is also just a great person with positive energy, always treats my kiddo with kindness and she enjoys going every time.

I love Thanh!!! His haircut always grows out beautifully! Unlike other places where they try to sell you random products and services, he always keeps me grounded and prevents me from making decisions I might regret 🤣 highly recommend!
