The service provided has been accommodating and efficient. On multiple occasions, the owner of the company has come to where I am and has repaired my phone on the spot. He has worked around my busy schedule and helps me feel comfortable with the service provided. I will continue to support and recommend this local business. I am an extremely grateful customer.
I found Mike trustworthy, honest and fair person. He fixed an ipad for me and did a great job in a timely manner. The price he charges for the services is very fair. I highly recommend him.
I cannot say enough about Mike at iRepairTroy!! The customer service is spectacular! He fixed my screen back in December, I needed a fix again yesterday around 4:15p on a Friday - I thought I was out of luck until Monday but I was wrong. I contacted Mike and he was at my house before 5:00p - I had a new screen in 10 minutes! And to top off the SUPERIOR service......Mike did not charge me for the fix being it was only a month old. WHO DOES THAT in the world we live in!!!! If you need your screen replaced PLEASE contact this company, they are the best!!!!THANK YOU iRepairTroy!!!!!
