The company removed a tub enclosure, replacing it with a shower enclosure. Ken the owner kept in constant contact with us prior to beginning the project. ...and it was QUITE A PROJECT. The original tub was installed in a haphazard manner,, requiring more work than he anticipated. They had to make numerous trips to a supplier for material with no complaints. Two sections of the new enclosure were broken and he drove to the supplier to get replacements . As far as we were concerned it looked like the job from hell. They arrived when promised and cleaned up at the end of the day. Ken went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. When the time came to settle up the bill, it was only after we absolutely insisted would he accept money for the additional labor and material. How often do you see that these days?I have been around the construction business for over seventy years and it's been a long time since I've com across a company with this kind of integrity and work ethic. Ken is a very professional and very very nice guy. it was a long story for my backsplash project. On the first day he began the work, he found out that the tiles i picked up from homedepot are junk. some of them are used and some are broken. He accompanied me to homedepot to get them returned (it took the agent a really long time to get them returned, i don't know why) and visited lowes with me to select the tiles. He gave me good suggestions about how the tile will be like after the installation. He cannot even start the real work for the first four hours. He is not the kind of guy who wants to get the work done quick and get the easy money. I have no complaint about...read full review

Owner Ken is pleasent, sincere and honest. He genuinely cares that you will be happy with his service. In my case he had arrived at my home and settled in to begin work. However he brought to my attention that I may want to rethink what I had hired him to do as he suspected I may not like the end product, even though it would mean loss of a payday for him. His voice of experience and advise saved me a major mistake that would have been very expensive to recover from, and provided the opportunity to rethink and make the right decision for the project.
