They show that they really care about the dogs (and, even, is humans). Love how they check the dogs to make sure they go in the group of dogs that fits them best. I love being able to see pictures of him throughout the day and see how much fun he is having. Will not take him anywhere else!!!
Our new rescue has terrible separation anxiety, so I was worried he wouldn't thrive in a daycare setting. The team here started him slow with a small group and he seems to be doing great! He's in a great mood when I pick him up and thanks to the optional exit bath, he's nice and soft and clean! The whole team seems very knowledgable about dogs/dog behavior, and seem to really care about all the dogs in their care. We love having this as an option for the days the cleaning person is at our house, or when we will be gone at a long day at work so he's not home alone just being anxious.
Love this place! When first walking on Mangos first day they knew her right away. I was a bit apprehensive to leave her there for a 7ht day but I’m glad I did. We had a worn out puppy when she got home. I looked up her photos on the Houndstown group on Facebook and saw her there. She looked like she was having a great first day with meeting new friends. I’m very pleased with their customer service and they also have themed events to keep it fun! We will be back
