Empire Expanding demonstrates a willingness to help others grow and develop personally in addition to mentoring and coaching individuals into leaders within the business community and within everyday life. The work atmosphere is filled with nothing but positive, motivated, young professionals looking to grow develop leadership skills in order to earn a management opportunity. The Senior staff demonstrates an intense, strong work ethic that thrives off of challenging themselves on a daily basis. The opportunity to develop personal and team building skills is what intrigued me most about working at Empire Expanding. The opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients and be trained and mentored into a management opportunity was exactly what I was looking for coming from a Clinical Management setting. My advice to Management: Keep up the good vibes! Law of Attraction says positivity energizes a team and when you have an office full of hard-working, motivated and positive individuals - sky is the limit for growth and success!!
