The service is professional, with technicians who explain everything, explore potential failure modes, and perform quick fixes. They solve problems with furnaces and air conditioning systems effectively. The diagnostic service fee is not high and charges are very reasonable. Their attitude is excellent, ensuring systems are working well before leaving. Customers would definitely recommend this company for any heating and cooling problems.
Was able to show up to evaluate my furnace within an hour of calling. Great service and even explored further failure modes after initial assumption was made that lead to an easy fix that saved me money.

I called in Arthur to check on my AC unit condenser fan which was not spinning. Explained where the issue could be, checked the power and found that was the issue. He was there with me when I contacted DTE and helped restore the power and left only after it was all working well. And this was on a Saturday morning and he came within couple of hours of my call. His diagnostic service fee is also not high as some companies around. Definitely would recommend him.
