My mother has been at Brookdale in Brighton for over seven years. The last six she has increasingly needed more help. We have been so incredibly blessed by Brenda and her team from Balanced Home Care. My mom currently has dementia, and I wouldn't be able to trust anyone else to watch over her care. They truly have been lifesavers to us!

I highly recommend Balanced Care at American House Lake Shore. From the very beginning, the Balanced Care Site Supervisor, who met my sister at the hospital, (former breast cancer, with stage four bone cancer metastasis, with paralysis), and she said they can take care or her.
Balanced Care did everything very well and coordinated with hospice. If I was in my sister’s place, I would feel blessed to have such care.

The Balanced team took very good care of mom while she was in their care. The aides showed good patience and their supervisors were very helpful when we had questions to set up the care she needed. There was good communication whenever we needed anything. The supervisor even answered calls from my brother who would call in the evening hours. Bless her heart for that.
