Jeff was awesome! Super nice guy! And went totally above and behind to help me out. If you get this driver you know you’ll be taken care of. Have had quite a few bad towing experiences but stuck in snow last night and will never be using any other company again
Originally we called triple A and they had us waiting for 4 hours for a tow, we called them and said it would be another 2 hours. So we we called A&M and they came within 20 minutes. And it was very affordable and fast.
Friendly, quick, and helpful. The phone operator was very kind and worked well with myself and the driver trying to find my place. From the time I called to the time he got there was maybe 10 minutes. Paul was the driver and he was lighthearted got my car to move and offered to follow me to the service garage to make sure it was all okay. This will be my place to call heaven forbid anything else is to happen. Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful!
