Here it is. The VUL average return was below 4 percent although the guarantee was 4 percent Bill inflated the projection at every meeting around 9 percent for the entire time he Managed the account . Clearly a misleading tactic and lie so he could get his commission. I have all of his hand written notes for proof. Paper is proof. Someday it will catch up to him…………………………….shameful………………Ameriprise acknowledge the product he sold and managed performed poorly, yes I have that document to. The offices do not care he lied and refused to share any info with me. I switched advisors for a second opinion a d they said the offices locked them out...read full review

My retired mother lost around 50000 with this man. Ameriprise is impossible to work with when you have a problem and we were treated horribly be the corporate offices. Ask for a sales pitch on VULs. He took advantage of my mother and sold her 3 insurance policies and left her financially bleeding with yearly fees over 9000. He got his nice commission and Ameriprise socked away my moms money into their own riversource insurance.
