“My experience is that my income tax was done incorrectly. I got a letter from the IRS saying I would have to pay a late fee if it was not corrected by a certain date. I was informed not to do anything by the owner who had power of attorney over my taxes at the time. As a result I incurred penalties and late fees because of his advice and incompetence. When I asked him for recompense for the mistakes and fines he said I had signed a paper relieving him and his company of any blame for problems arising from their doing my income tax.
