Need a day of pampering? I sure did! I'm a teacher, and feel a bit haggard and worn this time of year. My nails looked like they'd been run through a wood chipper and I needed to refresh my face. My husband gifted me a spa day at Revive Salon in Trenton, Michigan. I had a wonderful day getting spoiled! Apryl gave me a perfect manicure, and Lana's pedicure was delightful. I ended my wonderful day with a facial by Kelly. Every one of them was so sweet to me, and I feel like a glamorous superstar! My manicurist was Apryl. She has been doing nails for something like 30 years! She is very talented. My nails look beautiful (see pics). She listened to what I wanted and worked efficiently to meet my needs. I loved talking to her, too. I was impressed that she has so much experience but still up to date on trends. Lana did my pedicure. She is also very experienced. I loved how tender she was with my feet, but she also worked on them to make sure they were super soft. She was kind and made me feel very comfortable. I am kind of self conscious about my feet as I haven't gotten a pedicure in a super long time, but she made me feel good about them. I ended my wonderful day with a facial by Kelly. Omg! That was so relaxing, and my face feels super soft. The facial was an hour of heaven! Kelly was informative about the products she used, but she didn't once try to sell me anything. I love how each of them were efficient but took their time. With all three, it was a nice balance between chatting and relaxing quiet. I highly recommend visiting Revive! You won't be disappointed! My wife and I have our hair cut by Mary H. After a lifetime of going to a barber, I am pleasantly surprised that a 'stylist' can get my hair right. The receptionist is friendly and efficient. Setting up appointments is not an issue. I cannot speak to Revive s spa offerings, but I recommend them based on my experience.
Both, my daughter and I went to Revive Salon to receive haircuts by Carmen.My daughter wanted layers with side bangs, and I wanted bangs with a trim.Carmen did a wonderful job cutting my daughter's hair. Carmen took the time time to cut even layers and styled my daughter's hair beautifully.Also, Carmen did an exceptional job on my bangs and trim!I have been going to Carmen for hair trims and color for a few years now and I have never been disappointed!I would HIGHLY recommend Carmen to any ladies out there who are looking for a new hair stylist. She does a fantastic job, and is very personable and a great conversationalist.Services: Haircut
