Tyler was helpful, knowledgeable and provided great customer service! I can't speak about the other staff as I only did business with him, but he is the sole reason I will be a repeat customer.

I’ve been coming here multiple years and they have always done very well. Anytime I bring a device in it is done within the hour at a reasonable price. Another phone store wanted to charge me 450$ for a screen replacement for a iPhone 11. Metro Detroit Phone Repair did it for 119$. I will always come back here

Derrick went above and beyond in helping me fix my daughters IPad. The charging cord broke off inside and he resolved the issue the same day! Excellent price, I really appreciate the help Derrick. 1st time customer
