Donna helped me out explained everything very well. The Dr. Was very nice and all the other girls that works here are very nice, and they greeted me when I walked in. Willing to help me.
Donna, at the Three Rivers location, went above and behind helping me select new frames. She was personable, helpful, and made me feel extremely welcomed during my appointment. Her help was more than a 5 stars and I appreciated it! Great job, Donna!
Found out my vision insurance was taken at Rx Optical so went to our local Rx Optical to order my contacts. Sat down with Donna, who was friendly and professional. She explained my benefits and rebates related to my order and got me on my way efficiently. Very pleasant experience!
