Having spent 20+ years in an industry that works directly with vendors like Heffner, I found them to be quick, timely, professional, and precise. I had two issues for them to deal with, both of which were tricky removals due to placement of utility lines and proximity to the home. Greg, the owner, walked the property and discussed their plan of action. He thoroughly reviewed the locations of underground utilities and considered different approaches.
