We needed to remove a 30 year old bathroom faucet and install a new one. My husband worked an entire day on trying to get the old one out and couldn't. We called Van Der Sande Plumbing in Tecumseh and he called me back right away (remarkable) and came and did all the work the next morning (amazing)!!! I now have a beautiful new functional faucet installed ? He even cleaned off the old marks around the old faucet! I would recommend Mark a hundred times over. He installed a new tankless hot water heater for me. He was amazing. He was reasonably priced, prompt, clean, efficient, friendly, respectful of me and my house, and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I knew how to operate and maintain the new heater. And he talked to me like I had a brain, no mansplaining or eye rolling, even when he had to repeat things. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs.

Totally impressed with Mark's work ethic. He believes in doing things properly, timely and he is an extremely great guy. I've owned many homes and met many plumbers.
