Queen Nails offers wonderful service, with staff who are kind and patient, even staying open late. They do a great job, and clients are always satisfied with their shellac and appreciate the wide range of colors and appointments. They are also inexpensive with great customer service and careful attention.
They were wonderful! My mom has a physical disability, and they were so kind and patient. She had never had a pedicure and needed one very badly. They stayed open late and gave her amazing attention and did a really great job! I'm surprised there are any bad reviews, based on our experience. I highly recommend!
Needed my gel x nails removed for work. Queen nails got me in within the next day! One of my nails broke off when I was on vacation, including my real nail :( but he was really careful around it & when filing it! Inexpensive & great costumer service!
3 stars because they were pretty cleanly. Was there for an hour just to get shellac taken off that's it. They spoke to me twice once to ask what I was in for and at the end to tell me I owed $15 again JUST to get shellac taken off which I've NEVER paid more than $10 for at the what probably 30 different salons I've been to in my lifetime.. Yea I'm mad over that 5 whatever. But I could've went anywhere else and it would've been $10 and I would've tipped them that $5 anyways.. but giving someone $20 for taking off shellac just didn't sit right with me
