Excellent, highly recommend. Company that sincerely demonstrated appreciates their customers from time of initial office contact with Katie with highly skilled and kind furnace technicians.Initial house call within a day by professional and proficient diagnostic crew Jim and Corey. Jim wrote up three different price point quote solutions for old failed furnace, thermostat and inadequate duct infrastructure.I went with replacing furnace, thermostat and corrected duct work. Pricing was competitive. Jim ordered furnace and had next day and installed. Technicians did great job. I have been with Naugle heating and cooling since 2021. They installed a brand new furnace and A/C unit that has been working great with good energy cost. Their technician koreigh is very professional and repaired my system in no time when my heat went out due to blocking the cold air intake on my main floor on accident.
Naugle Heating serviced my old furnace. It was time to replace with a more efficient furnace. Made the call scheduling for estimate and installation was quick. The technician's were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly Recommend
