“Chris helped out with an emergency leak situation when I was having trouble finding an available plumber. Not only did he show up the same day, he stayed until the leak was repaired. He went above and beyond what I needed. He completely repaired the area so well you can’t even tell the leak happened. He is trustworthy and does great work. I would absolutely recommend him.”
“We had a huge problem with our bathroom that had leaked into our finished basement downstairs. The toilet had leaked apparently for a long e ough time that it had ruined part of the subfloor. There was also a huge crack and a large discolored area where the toilet had leaked for so long. We were totally unaware of the leaking until until the issue came up with the ceiling. I called John Warf because of his excellent reviews on Google.. This man came and looked over everything and gave us an estimate to do the repairs and we had also decided to replace the old shower along with the other repairs. We absolutely were astonished at how well this man handled this job for us. He also suggested that we replace the old toilet too. He gave us a more than reasonable estimate which we accepted immediately and gave him a deposit.
He got started on the job the next day. It took him only 8 days to do the whole job. He tore the old shower and toilet out. He took out the flooring which was ruined by the leaking. He cut out a large section of the subfloor. He cut out a big section of the drywall and textured basement ceiling. Then came putting everything together. He replaced the subfloor, replaced the flooring. Installed a new big floor level shower where the shower over the tub had been, and replaced the toilet. In the basement, he replaced the big section of drywall and a small section by the heat duct. He absolutely matched the texturing on the ceiling and painted the whole basement ceiling so the repair would not be a different color.
We are absolutely in awe of the job this man did. I can see why he has a five star rating. He's absolutely on top of his job. We are so glad we found him and it was an absolute pleasure to have him work for us. We absolutely reccomend him and we have definitely found our handyman. If we could give more than 5 stars, we definitely would!!”
