Everything is good when you sit in the chair. Take forever to make an appt.on line. By the time you can make an appointment on line you are already over an hour wait. Which is ridiculous. That people can line up outside the door walk in and get an appt. before you can make an appointment on line. And then you only have two stylist.
I used to love this place but there's a guy here who will talk your ear off and not hardly cut your hair at all and you get charged full price no matter what. I gave this guy 2 chances once on my hair and once on my son's and both times he did nothing and took a long time to do it. He's always there when we try to go so at this point we are just going to stop going.
They do a good job cutting my hair and meeting my expectations. Sometimes there’s a long wait. Definitely check in on their website instead of just showing up expecting to get right in.
