They have horrible hours that constantly change, getting through to pay your bill is hard. Going on the website is hard to navigate. There is a ten dollar fee associated with paying your bill. Because cost of living isn't high enough!
I called to pay my water bill over the phone with my debit card. The lady told me there would be a $10 fee!! Couldn’t believe they wanted to charge me $10 more to pay my bill early over the phone!!!
Horrible customer service, our monthly bills are always late and often never arrive at all, they have a knack for losing customer's checks when we mail them in but then charge an extra $10 to pay it over the phone or online. Everyone in this neighborhood hates this billing company.
