Back in Balance is about so much more than just getting a massage. The BIB team concentrates on improving overall health and wellness. I've learned so much during my appointments and highly recommend Colleen and her team!Colleen's knowledge and skill in massage therapy is top-notch. I started seeing her after a severe ankle break. Physical therapy was not helping me regain the feeling in my toes or with the nerve pain and swelling the plate and screws were causing. Had a prenatal massage with Sarah which was phenomenal! She was super personable, professional, and patient! Also, she applied the perfect amount of pressure and hit all of the sore pregnancy spots! Felt amazing when I left, will be going back sooner than later!!

I found this place kind of by accident and so glad I did. I have a few health issues along with a lot of stress and tension and they have been awesome at helping me work through some of that.

Back in Balance Wellness LLC is a professional environment that provides relaxation and therapeutic services. Located in two great locations, Shemick Chiropractic Center in Adrian, and 3D-PT in Tecumseh. Multiple treatment rooms and a variety of therapists are available with many techniques to treat all needs. Couples sessions and same room sessions are available upon request and the Tecumseh location. Adrian location accepts insurance for MESA coverage.
