Great customer service! Everyone was super nice and helpful. Beverly was the best! She was the only person that was able to help me in a 20 mile radius. She made my life so much easier. 10/10 would recommend

I've gotten my glasses here since 2016. The doctor is very professional. Alanna is as well. My latest experience has been highly stressful. I need glasses to be able to drive, cook, read, watch television and everything. Three weeks of excuses nd they were finally ready for pickup today. The clerk was very busy on the phone and rude as heck. She finally got off the phone and just handed me the case. Big was amazed because usually there are some small adjustments. Did she ask? NO.i took them anyway because she immediately went on to be rude to the next person.They dont fit and are crooked. Fell off 3 times before I made the 2 mile drive home. At least I...read full review

Such a great experience with my toddler that can barely sit still! The optometrist and his team were extremely kind and patient. My husband and I were also able to get our exam in while our son played in the exam room!
