I wish I could give 6 stars! Such an incredibly detailed and helpful inspection at an unbeatable price! He walked through the entire home, property, and yard pointing out everything from the smallest to the largest potential issue. He explained the minimum and maximum amount of work needed to be done, timelines on everything, and even the best way to do it yourself! His inspection was far more detailed than you'll get going anywhere else! My realtor was very impressed. Inspection was from 6-8:30 PM a half hour from his home and he still had the detailed, 61-page report with pictures, write-ups, and price estimates emailed to me first thing the next morning!! Veritas Home inspected my house before I bought it. It was a great inspection that gave me all the details I needed to make a fully informed decision to buy. Since I had the inspection, I did not have any surprises or unexpected problems. Matt does a wonderful job with the inspection and gives and honest, full, easy to read report.
