I have never been so in love with my hair before. Vanessa did my twists and they weren't pulling my face. I understand that they have to be tight to a certain point so that they stay longer but it wasn't painful at all. She checked in with me every once in a while while she was putting the twist into my head and made sure it was something that I wanted.I will absolutely be back. It was a great environment and although I went on a packed Saturday, it was full of love and friendly people
