The best experience I’ve ever had had getting a tow! I had a rental from Enterprise. Enterprise could not get it together. If it hadn’t been for this company, I think I would still be sitting there. They helped me get the best car I could, I mean actually intervened to assist!!! And then brought it right to me. I can’t thank them enough!!!
Tel-Wick Towing responded to our call to AAA to tow our car from a DTW airport parking lot today after we hit a big pothole close to DTW several days ago. Sean (hope I got his name correct) arrived at US Park incredibly quickly, some 15 minutes before we did from the airport terminal, and was both professional & engaging. Even gave us advice about the replacement tire on arrival at Belle Tire! Sean turned a crisis into a memorable encounter. Great job and many, many thanks for going above & beyond.
My car overheated almost as soon as I left the airport shuttle parking lot. I found TelWik Service station through Google, called for a tow to the shop. The tow guy came super fast. They were closed for the day but the mechanic, Sam, called me promptly in the morning and had already diagnosed my vehicle by 9 am. He was very informative and said he could have it fixed by the next morning. Sure enough he had it done by 9:30 am the next day.
He was very nice and understanding of my frantic attitude. I appreciate their prompt, friendly service. My car is running great.
