“When I injured my right foot, went to my Podiatrist and was told I would need surgery (Open Reduction Internal Fixation) I didn't quite grasp the trauma of my situation. Surgery, months of X-Rays and new casts (non weight bearing), and my hopes were dimming. Finally a pneumatic CAM boot and script for Physical Therapy, but I was still a prisoner in the living room of our house.
