We've used them for years now. They take great care of our 2 dogs, including administering their meds. The dogs stay in a room, not an open cage, thus cutting down on stress and over excitement. They get plenty of outdoor playtime, and always come home happy!
We can tell that Halliday took wonderful care of our Great Pyrenees. When I picked her up, she made it clear that she wanted to go back in to hang with daycare friends. She participated in day care and had a blast. The place is very clean. The kennels are enclosed which cuts down on the barking noise and unfriendly interactions (peeing) by other dogs. The staff is wonderful. In my decades of boarding pets, Halliday’s stands out as exceptional.
I came in during what seemed to be a busy time but I did not feel rushed out at all. Sam answered a lot of my questions (and yes, there was a lot) and Krissy took me on the tour and really eased my nerves, as this is my first time considering dog boarding. The dogs seemed comfortable and happy, and Krissy was greeting them each by name! Our baby boy even gave her kisses and that's rare for him!! I feel way more comfortable now about bringing our baby now.
