I came in during what seemed to be a busy time but I did not feel rushed out at all. Sam answered a lot of my questions (and yes, there was a lot) and Krissy took me on the tour and really eased my nerves, as this is my first time considering dog boarding. The dogs seemed comfortable and happy, and Krissy was greeting them each by name! Our baby boy even gave her kisses and that's rare for him!! I feel way more comfortable now about bringing our baby now.
Everyone is always so nice and even if your dog is not social will still get plenty of alone play time. I am always nervous boarding a new dog for the first time but Hallidays makes it easy.
I took a tour. And needed a nap. It's huge !! There's different camps, every quirk, habit, size, temperament, age, likes/dislikes are and they have 4 camps with several dogs. Very clean. I have literally rejected 30 + boarding facilities because I honestly can't bring myself to trust some Steelers with my 4 waggers. Hallidays had yards, runs, okay stress, sleeping cabins all fenced in and then a larger fence around the entire compound. I l think my dogs are the greatest drugs ever, but there's no way they could MacGyver their way out of that place. The camp doors are so behind doors which further separate the dog groups.
