Absolutely great company to deal with and beyond happy I called them. This was my second boiler inspection from Expert ( I had one last year as well) and I can highly recommend this company. The tech Daniel that came out to perform my boiler PM was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable all the while being professional as well. Received a text from Expert about 15 minutes out, saying he was on the way to my house which was very helpful. Daniel was honest and forthright with me, saying all looked good with my boiler and was very personable. We've used Expert as our repair company for our HVAC system for a few years now and their repair techs have always been incredible. Fast forward to this summer, when our HVAC that was several years past its lifespan gave out, Expert was the first number called and it was the best choice. Of course our system died leading up to 90 degree weather and Expert was backed up with several other customers. But their team was so considerate of our situation without air and brought over an air conditioning unit for us to use while we wait for our installation. Our expert, Daniel Neidermeier, was absolutely amazing and super professional! He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning right away, thoroughly explained the problem, he fixed it, then informed us about the maintenance program-which saves us a lot of money and time.
