The staff was very nice and professional. The only thing I did not like was using a text to sign in. I feel that is just a little too much for a patient. You have a check in desk for a reason. To check in, not check yourself in.

I saved my appointment on line. It was a super easy process. I got there at a good time because there was little to no wait in the lobby. I was seen quickly and my complaints were addressed with care. The staff is always great. Friendly. Knowledgeable. It's my 1st choice for an urgent care.
