First time customer here....and Joe is updating our website and marketing materials. Excellent communication; even after normal business hours. So far Joe has exceeded my expectations.
First time customer with Tawas Computers and it was a great experience!! I have a very senior aunt that had problems with starting her computer, I called Tawas Computers and within minutes from texting them, I had a reply. They contacted my aunt, she brought in her computer and they fixed it in minutes. The charge for service was more than fair. My very senior aunt is back on line as the computer is her door to the World. I can’t say enough about our first time experience with Tawas Computers and they have a new customer. WOW, I can't say enough about what Joe has done for me. He has been working on creating me my own website for my business. His is very knowledgeable and always available when we have questions. Going beyond our expectations. Highly recommended !!
