I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chadwick and his entire staff. I went in completely unable to open my eyes, in a ton of pain, and honestly pretty scared because I couldn’t see anyone or really even tell what was going on around me.
Even though I couldn’t see their faces, I could absolutely feel how kind and caring everyone was. Every person I interacted with was patient, compassionate, and made me feel like I was in good hands.
Dr. Chadwick knew almost immediately what was wrong with my eyes and was able to start helping me right away. The relief and improvement I’ve had because of his care has been incredible.
Dr Chadwick took the time to call us while he was hunting and came in after hours to perform surgery on my husband's eye who got a stick in it on Thanksgiving. He was extremely professional. My sister ordered a pair of glasses from the optical dept. When I went in to pick them up, the staff had already heard my sister passed 2 days before and showed nothing but empathy for me and were very professional.
