Dr Chadwick took the time to call us while he was hunting and came in after hours to perform surgery on my husband's eye who got a stick in it on Thanksgiving. He was extremely professional. My sister ordered a pair of glasses from the optical dept. When I went in to pick them up, the staff had already heard my sister passed 2 days before and showed nothing but empathy for me and were very professional.

I thought I was getting good care being in a big city like Grand Rapids. But we moved back here recently and I needed new glasses. Dr. Chadwick and his office staff are excellent. He explains everything checks and rechecks. I never had the expertise in GR that I had in Tawas. I love my new glasses and I can actually see to drive!
