I am in the process of building our dream home here in Tawas City. The property has a unique look and I wished to keep it that way. One of the biggest obstacles during the build was raising the house, to keep water from settling around and under it. This meant a huge amount of fill sand and dirt was brought in, creating a rise in elevation to the front of house. As I was trying to visualize the future landscaping nightmare, it me. Jared’s company installed some very wonderful and industrial dock steps for us to access Lake Huron from our cottage deck. They are well constructed. Communication was excellent. We appreciate the timeliness for the project given how busy things are seasonally. Would highly recommend!

We live on Lake Huron and after many years of erosion and multiple trips with adding shoreline limestone we decided we needed another plan to get access to the water and clean up our frontage for safety reasons and erosion protection in the future. We contacted Jared and he brought with him professionalism, promptness, and creativity. After careful consideration and research we decided to take out a large majority of rock and install a 100 ft steel seawall, with an oak step system and permanent oak dock approved by EGLE.
