I worked with Brett for 3 months for hip pain that was starting to derail my training for an upcoming endurance event, and he was fantastic. He really listened to my goals and concerns, and he built a plan that addressed the root issue while still allowing me to keep training. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my timeline, and his guidance made a huge difference. I genuinely don’t think I would have reached my goal without him and the program he created. Highly recommend.
I recently experienced sudden, severe nerve pain in my right arm. I initially saw another physical therapist who gave me exercises that helped somewhat, but when I asked what had caused the issue, he couldn’t provide a clear explanation. That concerned me—I wanted to understand the root cause so I could prevent it from happening again.

After fully tearing my ACL in 2024, I didn't know if avoiding surgery was realistic...then I met Brett at Total Performance Physical Therapy! I've been working with Brett for over a year now, and it has made all the difference. He has helped me rebuild strength and stability in my knee, and has made me realize that surgery isn't the only option.
