John B Simpson & Co. is a highly recommended business known for their excellent communication and teamwork. They provide customers with options and solutions, allowing them to make informed decisions. Their quick response and efficient service is commendable, as seen in their ability to handle emergency cases such as a broken pipe or a faulty central air. Their service technicians are knowledgeable and explain issues clearly. They offer reasonable prices and are dedicated to saving their customers' day. Customers have been very pleased with their work, from plumbing issues to removing an octopus furnace and installing an HVAC system. They came right out and fixed furnace problems on two different occasions. They also installed plumbing and mini splits for new construction projects, walking customers through the project from permitting to completion. John was a great plumber. Karen was kind and helpful when booking appointments.
John was our plumber and he was great. What was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job turned into an 8 hour job with two trips for parts. He did really great work and was easy to talk to/ask questions. Karen who I booked our appointment with was also very kind and helpful. Will absolutely use them again!
I could not be happier with John B. Simpson company. I had them install plumbing and mini splits for a new construction project. They basically walked me thru the project from permitting to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone. I plan on using them for my next build as well.
Couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with this company! Communication was key to every step along this road of repair! But together as a team they provided us with options and solutions and let us decide what was going to be best on our family and future. Finally the broken pipe under my basement floor is no longer an issue. We have found a solution suitable for our family and futures to come. ?? highly appreciated and recommended
