You'll get your hair cut but customer service is lacking.Cons: Ladies are not very friendly.Prices keep going up. Hit or miss haircut satisfaction.Pros: Flexible scheduling, which you can do through their app, along with the check in.Quick service.

Stylist had no clue. She didn't hear how I wanted my hair cut and followed her own vision, which I was unhappy with. Got my scissors out and fixed it when I got home. $23 I'll never see again.

We decided to get haircuts while visiting from out of town. The check in was easy, the wait time wasn't to long for being a Saturday afternoon and the ladies handled my teenage boys hairs with ease.
