I scheduled my 1st apt 2 weeks ago. I had no idea what to expect. Scott was so welcoming and gave me the $100 tour of the whole facility. It did take time for me to relax during my float. It definitely helped my neck and shoulders. And the way your skin feels afterward is amazing! I signed up afterward for 2 floats a month for 2 months. Make sure you stop in the relaxing tea room with the twinkle lights & salt lamps. I need it before heading out in the real world. The choice of teas are the very best. There are a few places out there similar to this one, but I will never go anywhere else but here. The environment, the rooms/tubs/amenities, and the guys who run the place are top notch, especially if it's your first float. I had no idea what to expect, only that I knew I needed this. I have sensory overload problems, and this helps me shut it all off. It's fantastic. They will walk you through how to prep, what to expect, how to stay comfortable in the tub; etc. As an added bonus, you get to have a nice hot cup of tea after your float and sit in a dimly lit room with some salt lamps, and some journals to read from other peoples experiences. Great place!! Highly recommend! This was our first time floating and it really helps relax you and loosen your muscles. My husband has bad back problems and floating really helped relax his back. This place is super clean and well decked out!! Check it out :))
