We tried at home treatments and obviously didn't get every thing. The 2nd go around, I wasn't taking any chances. I made a same day appointment and was warmly welcomed. They were great with us! Tip: bring old towels and wear clothes you're fine to toss afterwards because it's going to get messy! Would absolutely recommend!!
