For a complete tear down and new roof installment, Phill and his crew provided the most reasonable price out of several companies we had looked into around Eastpointe/Roseville/Warren location. Phil provided quality service during the process. He set up expectations on what would be done, and when it would be done. Clean up crew did amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Phil and his crew are absolutely wonderful! P&J works on several condominiums for me and has done great work from repairs, to investigating, to full tear offs and replacements. My Board has loved their work and how personable they are, along with working to make sure all co-owners in the community understand what they are doing. Recently, Phil has replaced 5 buildings (12 unit condos per building) in Sterling Heights. They are in line to complete the last roof in the fall after we collect more funds. The work speaks for itself. Thank you Phil, and thank you Candy for doing the paperwork and emails behind the scenes.
